About Me

Language Arts teacher turned editor, I have spent nearly my entire life proofreading and editing others’ writing. My call to adventure lay in a constant fascination with language and story. Long nights spent reading Christopher Paolini or Ted Dekker, weeks of preparation for the annual spelling bee, bursts of creative energy pouring into a new story or poem in my journal—these are the beats of my literary journey. Today, my passion for language, line craft, and story enable me to give back to the fantastic realms that shaped my heart. As a reader, I know the power of a good book; as an editor, I know the joy of a well-crafted and well-loved sentence
